My story

Brian Isbell, Chef Brian Isbell LLC  Syracuse area  Central New York Magazine Article    In 1995, Brian Isbell graduated from BOCES with a culinary arts degree at the top of his class, but instead worked in the railroad industry. Twenty-five years later, Isbell retired at 42 years old and launched his Personal Chef and meal prep delivery service at the beginning of 2020. Chef Brian now has a commercial kitchen on Milton Avenue in Syracuse and a staff of seven including wife Kim as his sous chef.     Isbell offers meal prep clients dishes like Pulled Pork Mac n’ Cheese, Pasta Fagioli, Jack Daniel’s Flank Steak and Spinach Strawberry Salad. His delivery drivers deliver to all of Onondaga County. His clients include busy families, as well as people ordering for their elderly parents or college-aged kids.    Menus are announced each Wednesday at 3pm and customers can order online. Meals are delivered the following Wednesday and placed in reusable cooler bags. There is no commitment to sign
