Personal Chef Experience. What it's like to be treated like a celebrity for the evening.

Chef Brian takes people on a culinary exploration through extraordinary cuisine. With a passion for food, Chef Brian has a flair for igniting the senses using simple, fresh ingredients with a twist.

           

           What is In Home Personal Chef Experience? 

 

I come into clients homes with all the necessary plating, silverware,  napkins, serving dishes, pots, pans  even the candles.  After the client and I plan out what they'd like for their menu, either suggestion or a specific menu they'd like I take care of all the rest.  I have several different purveyors  I use to do your shopping before the event and show up with the freshest ingredients .  On arrival of the event day I will show up at the agreed time, which works out great when people want to surprise their guests or spouse.  Your only responsibility is to just sit back and relax.  I will prepare all the hors devours, salads, main entree and dessert.  Every course will be served, cleaned up and a new course will come out.  If they supply the desired drinks I also make and serve those whenever requested.  While my homemade desserts are being devoured I clean everything that was used for the party as well as clean the clients kitchen better than when I arrived.  I'm a real stickler for cleanliness.  This is something I learned in culinary school "cleaning is part of cooking."  Finally I pack up everything used for the evening and you would never have even known anyone was there.  All in the comfort of your own home.

I take all necessary safety precautions  and have my ServSafe Food Handlers Certification. The clients pays $150 per person with a minimum of $400 for a 4 course plated meal. The client is also responsible for the cost of groceries. I supply all the original receipts  for anything bought for the meal with the invoice at the end of the evening.  It truly is quite an amazing experience and I love doing it to see the smiles of satisfied clients.
